This project involves creating a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD) for an on-demand ride booking platform. Acting as a Business Analyst, the project focuses on identifying business needs, analysing stakeholders, and defining business, functional, and non-functional requirements to address urban commuting challenges. The BRD is developed in alignment with BABOK® v3 principles and demonstrates a structured approach to requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and solution evaluation.
